Since the inception of the World Wide Web (www) in the 1980s and its subsequent development in the 1990s and 2000s, the web has become a new foundation on which the world is standing on in every aspect of human life. Web master is a programme that trains skill workers who create and maintain websites for schools, hospitals, banks, governmental agencies, national and international organisations etc. They work closely with content providers to develop and design these websites and sustained and maintain them. In order to get to this point courses such as DHTML, JavaScript programming, Webpage development, cascading style sheets are studied throughout the year. It is sanctioned by the award of a Diploma in Web Master Development recognized by the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training. The programme is opened to holders of at least the GCE Ordinary Level certificate or its equivalent. However, holders of higher certificates can also apply.
