Graphic Designing/Infography

Communication has evolved from simple transmission of information using traditional means to complex realities involving near mythical science. Graphic design falls in the broader spectrum of Visual Communication involving Communication design as well. Graphic design is particular linked to printing through the production of flyers, posters, covers for magazines and other related publications, banners, videos as well as topographical design. With the advancement of technology, graphic design is mostly done on computers which is why the programame is largely designed to include computer studies among others.

The programme is designed to run for one year and sanctioned by a Diploma in Graphic Designing recognized by the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training.

Employment Opportunities

Graphic design offers a whole wide range of opportunities to graduates including Industrial product designer, marketing designer, multimedia artist designer, art director, film and video editor, creative director etc. Moreover, holder of such a certificate can also create his/her own business/firm.
